About Caaveh Siahmakoun
Caaveh Siahmakoun, OD, is a primary care optometrist in the East Valley at Nationwide Vision. Dr. Siahmakoun is an Indiana native who graduated from Indiana University School of Optometry in 2025. Before optometry school, he attended Indiana University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in 2021. He has recently started working for Nationwide Vision in 2025. Dr. Siahmakoun is excited to connect with patients in the East Valley and is looking forward to providing them all with excellent eyecare. Dr. Siahmakoun also enjoys sports, food, and spending time with his family.
