Dr. Kelsey Teneycke is from a small town in Saskatchewan, Canada. Her passion for optometry sparked when she learned her little brother may need glasses and she wanted to be one of the doctors who helped people see. Dr. Teneycke received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from William Jewell College near Kansas City, MO where she also played NCAA Div. II Softball. In her first year at Southern College of Optometry, she was selected by her attending doctors for the Clinical Achievement Award for demonstrating outstanding clinical skills. Dr. Teneycke has been practicing in Tucson, Arizona since October 2019 and in her spare time, Dr. Teneycke enjoys hiking in the mountains and playing her dog.
