Theresa Setlock, OD

Theresa M. Setlock, OD, has practiced in Arizona for over 30 years and welcomes the opportunity to use her experience and expertise to care for your eyes. Dr. Setlock earned a Bachelor of Science degree with the highest distinction from Pennsylvania State University and her Doctor of Optometry degree with distinction from the Pacific University College of Optometry in Oregon.

Dr. Setlock is a member of the American Optometric Association and Arizona Optometric Association. Strongly believing in continuing education to improve optometric care and contact lens innovation has earned her the Optometric Recognition Award and the ORA Continuing Education Award for 20 consecutive years. Dr. Setlock enjoys traveling and attending concerts or Sun Devil ice hockey games with her daughter.
